Booking Terms & Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Cedar Manor.

In the event of cancelling a reservation prior to 14 days of the arrival date, the £25 per person deposit will be retained but there will be no futher charges made.

In the event of cancelling a reservation within 14 days of the date of arrival we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so, regretfully we must charge the full cost of the reserved accommodation.

Holiday insurance forms are available upon request.

Please be advised that if you arrive with children and haven’t chosen a room that takes children or advised the hotel in advance that you are traveling with children we may not be able to accommodate you on arrival, and you will be charged in full for the booking.

Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended and forms are available upon request.

It is now against the law to smoke in a hotel bedroom, any guest found to have smoked in a bedroom will be charged £250.00
