Booking Terms & Conditions
We would kindly like to remind our guests that booking with us constitutes a contract between themselves and the hotel/restaurant.
In the event of cancelling a reservation prior to 14 days of the arrival date, the £25 per person deposit will be retained but there will be no futher charges made.
Should you need to cancel a reservation, your £25 deposit will be returned to you and no further charges will be made if you submit your cancellation prior to 14 days of the planned arrival date.
In the event of your cancellation within the 14 days before the arrival date, we will try to re-let the room(s). However, if unable to do so, regretfully we will have to charge you to the full cost of the booked accommodation.
If you would like a holiday insurance form, we can provide them on request.
Please note that if you are travelling with children and haven’t reserved a room that can accommodate them or told the hotel that you are bringing them prior to your arrival, we may not be able to provide accommodation when you arrive. You will still be charged in full for your booking. Holiday insurance forms are available upon request.
It is against the law to smoke in a hotel guest room. Any guest believed to have been smoking in their room will be charged a fee of £250.00
