Below you will find the answers to our most commonly answered questions but if you can't find the right answer, please just contact us and we'll be happy to help.

01. Check-In and Check-Out Times?

You're welcome to check in from 3pm until midnight, though please ask if you need to arrive earlier or later. Check-out time is 11am

02. Where to find us?

We are just off the A591 in the heart of the Lake District National Park, just ¼ mile from Windermere Village, ½ mile from the Lake and the railway station.

03.Do you offer car parking at the hotel?

Yes, it is free and we have spaces for everyone visiting the hotel

04.Is there WIFI at the hotel?

Yes, and it is free to guests in the hotel

05.Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Yes, serving breakfast and dinner, we have a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. It is open to non-residents and for guests in the Coach House, we can arrange for private dining in your own dining room, just ask us when you arrive and we'll be happy to help.

  • Breakfast – served from 8.30am – 10.00am every day. Non-residents welcome at £14.99 per person.
  • Dinner - We serve dinner 7 days a week from 6.30pm taking last tables at 8.30pm
07.Do you have a bar?

Yes, our very well stocked bar is available from 11am – Midnight for residents and diners. We have a good selection of local bottled ales, lagers, wines, spirits and soft drinks

08.Can I bring my pet?

No, we are unable to take pets at the hotel

09.Are you family friendly?

Most of our rooms are doubles but we can take children and babies in our larger rooms, please contact us to discuss your requirements

10.Can we get married at the hotel?

We are next to St Mary’s Church in Windermere and can cater for exclusive and private wedding receptions holding up to 24 guests

11.Can we hire the entire hotel for a private function?

Yes. With 10 rooms Cedar Manor is ideal for family parties, we regularly hold events for 30th, 40th right up to 100th birthday parties
