






New Year Celebrations 2012 –2013
Cedar Manor, with its cosy, intimate and relaxing atmosphere, is the perfect place to welcome in the New Year. Originally built to a high specification as a gentleman's residence, the hotel now offers exceptional accommodation and excellent, locally-sourced food. Family run, we look forward to celebrating with our guests in a quietly convivial manner.
Arriving any time after midday, guests are invited to wind down with complimentary tea or coffee or, if preferred, a glass of sherry, wine or beer. After settling in, the rest of the afternoon may be spent exploring the area.
The Evening on New Year's Eve will start with champagne and canapés in the lounge at 7.30pm, followed by dinner at 8.00pm, taken at a leisurely pace to allow plenty of time to savour each course. Later, to round off the evening, we will serve champagne as midnight approaches to see in 2013 in traditional fashion.
New Year's Day will begin with a Cumbrian breakfast served between 9.00 and 10.00am. The rest of the day may be spent enjoying the Lakes or just relaxing around the hotel. Tonight, dinner will be served between 6.30 and 8.30pm.
On 2 January, after a hearty breakfast served between 8.30 and 9.30am, it's time to set off for home. Have a safe journey and carry with you our best wishes for a Happy and Successful New Year.
