Ideally placed just a short walk from Windermere in the Lake District, Cedar Manor's fine dining restaurant offers award-winning customer service and food.

AA Rosette for Fine Dining - awarded in 2007, retained since.We’re very proud of our AA Rosette, given in recognition of the consistent quality, seasonality and local sourcing of ingredients for our menus, and for the creative excellence of Head Chef Roger Pergl-Wilson.

We invite our hotel guests and non-residents alike to enjoy an evening of Lake District fine dining in our candlelit restaurant, with its friendly relaxing atmosphere. We serve dinner 7 days a week from 6.30pm, taking last tables at 8.30pm. Please make sure you pre-book your dinner reservation otherwise we cannot guarantee a place. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8.30am – 10.00am every day. Non-residents are welcome at £15.00 per person. See our breakfast menu. We also offer a lounge and room service menu for those who prefer to eat in more relaxed surroundings.

"I booked a table here on the recommendation from a friend who I was visiting for an evening. Turned out that it far exceeded my expectations. Personally greeted and shown into the lounge for drinks and to peruse the menu, my companion and I, without collusion, picked the same starters and mains. We were escorted to our table in the cosy dining room, and presented with a surprise amuse-bouche, setting the scene for what followed. Crab starters then lamb rump, cooked to perfection, were accompanied by a bottle of the house Merlot, and followed by desserts, rounding off a perfect meal. My companion was delighted that I shared her opinion of the Cedar Manor!"
